We would like to inform all UZIPP.com clients who pay by PayPal, that over the next few days their accounts will be transferred to GHXhosting.com who are already hosting your websites. This will complete the process of transferring from Uzipp to GHXhosting.com and we expect to complete this process within 48 hours.

You will shortly be sent a welcome e-mail from GHXhosting.com which will give you login details to access the GHXhosting.com Members Area, where your account details and payment records will be held. You will also be able to view and print invoices for payments from there if you require them.

Your hosting account for your website will then be added to your Members Area account shortly after it has been created. Your account with Uzipp will then be closed.

Once this has been done, we encourage you to login to the GHXhosting.com Members Area to confirm that the account details we hold there are correct. If there is and missing or wrong information, you can either update it yourself of submit a billing ticket on the Help Desk and provide to correct information to be added to your account. You are also able to change your password whenever you login to the Members Area. We recommend that you change your password the first time you login to something easier to remember.

Please note that if you have more than one account with Uzipp, these accounts will be merged under one account in the GHXhosting.com Members Area. You may find that additional accounts are not added straight away so please don't worry if they aren't listed there immediately.

If after 48 hours, you feel there is anything missing from your new GHXhosting.com Members Area account, please submit a billing ticket or reply to this e-mail and explain the issue, so that we can correct it.
